Terms and Conditions for Javi Cleaning Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by Javi Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Javi Cleaning Services offers professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and office spaces in Vancouver and surrounding areas. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and custom cleaning plans.
All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon scheduling.
2. Pricing and Payment
- A minimum service time may apply (typically 2 hours).
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Specialized cleaning
- Heavily soiled areas
- Last-minute bookings or cancellations
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website.
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee.
- No-shows or lock-outs at the scheduled time will also incur a cancellation fee.
4. Access to Property
- It is your responsibility to ensure that we have safe and legal access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- If we cannot access the property due to a lockout or absence, a cancellation fee may apply.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure that valuable or fragile items are safely stored or disclosed before service begins.
- Notify us of any special instructions or areas requiring particular care.
- Pets should be secured during service for the safety of both the pet and our staff.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints
- If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.
- We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue promptly, including offering a re-clean if appropriate.
- Refunds are provided at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.
7. Damage and Liability
- We are insured and will take all reasonable care when delivering services.
- Accidental damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours for claim assessment.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
- We are not liable for damages due to improper installation or unsafe conditions on-site.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if:
- Conditions are unsafe or hazardous
- There is harassment or inappropriate conduct
- Payment issues persist
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
